The Cash Management Plan for the Town of Belvidere, as prepared
by the Town Chief Financial Officer in accordance with the Local Fiscal
Affairs Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:5-1 et seq., as attached hereto,[1] is hereby adopted and approved by the Town Council.

A certified copy of this chapter shall be filed with the Town
Clerk and the Town Chief Financial Officer for their reference and
information.
