Full-time, noncontractual employees of the Town of Belvidere shall receive the following longevity bonuses in accordance with their years of service:
A. 
Five years through 14 years: $500.
B. 
Fifteen years and thereafter: $750.
The following employees are entitled to the aforementioned longevity bonus:
A. 
Municipal Clerk.
B. 
Administrative Assistant to the Clerk's Office.
C. 
Court Administrator.
D. 
Chief of Police.
E. 
Police Secretary.
F. 
Principal Public Works Manager.
G. 
Assistant Department of Public Works Supervisor.
H. 
Library Director.
The longevity bonus shall be paid in the last pay period of the month of November in the calendar year in which the adjustment is earned based upon the years of service completed.
