A Greenville Historical Commission is hereby established. The
Historical Commission shall be composed of five members at large who
shall be citizens of the Borough. All members of the Historical Commission
shall be appointed by Council on an annual basis for a one-year term.
It shall be the duty of the Commission to collect, catalog and maintain
items of historical interest in conjunction with Council and to maintain
those items available for reasonable public inspection at a central
location to be established from time to time by Council.
