A Building Permit may be issued for the installation of a dish antenna provided that:
The dish is not located on the roof of a residential building;
The dish structure is no higher than twenty (20) feet;
The dish structure is located in the rear yard provided that when on a corner lot, it cannot be closer to the side street than is the main building permitted to be located;
All parts of the dish and structure are a minimum of five (5) feet in distance from any property line;
The dish structure and its attachment to a building or the ground meet the applicable requirements of the City Building Code.
Any non-conforming dishes and structures erected prior to the adoption of this Chapter must be removed or relocated so as to be in conformance with these regulations within one (1) year of the enactment of these regulations.
Any person violating the provisions of this Section shall upon conviction be subject to a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), provided that a separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

Installation of electric fences shall be prohibited in zoning categories "R-1", "R-2", "R-3", "B-1", "B-2", "B-3", "B-4", "I-1", and "I-2".
