It shall be lawful for any authorized organization, as defined in § 476 of Article 14-H of the General Municipal Law, upon obtaining the required license, to conduct the game of bingo within the territorial limits of the Village of Hancock, subject to the provisions of Article 14-H of the General Municipal Law and Article 19-B of the Executive Law.

It shall be lawful for any authorized organization as permitted by the Board of Trustees to conduct games of chance as defined under Article 9-A of the General Municipal Law subject to the terms and conditions of said article and such other conditions as may be set forth by the Village of Hancock Board of Trustees.
