A. 
Any person, firm, partnership, association, co-partnership or trust, prior to commencing any private work on public improvements in the City of Warrenton, Missouri, shall comply with the following regulations and provisions:

Improvements generally. All street improvements, sidewalks, pedestrian ways, storm sewers, water lines and storm drains shall be engineered and constructed pursuant to the regulations set forth below and in Chapter 410, Article III of this Code, which is incorporated into this Chapter as if set out fully herein. All water system improvements shall be engineered and constructed pursuant to the regulations set forth below and in Chapter 705 of this Code, which is incorporated into this Chapter as if set out fully herein. All sewer system improvements shall be engineered and constructed pursuant to the regulations set forth below and in Chapter 700 of this Code, which is incorporated into this Chapter as if set out fully herein.

Curb And Gutter. All curb and gutter shall be designed and constructed as specified in the Concrete Curb and Gutter Specifications as set forth in Appendix A of this Chapter. Vertical curbs shall be designed and installed as specified in the Vertical Curb Detail as set forth in Appendix A of this Chapter. Rolled curbs shall be designed and installed as specified in the Rolled Curb Detail as set forth in Appendix A of this Chapter.

Design And Construction. All water mains shall be designed and constructed as specified in the Water Main Technical Specifications as set forth in Appendix B of this Chapter.

A. 
All subdivisions platted after October 6, 2020, shall have designated parking lanes on both sides of all residential streets where streets are not more than twenty-six (26) feet of paved width.
B. 
Parking lanes shall be seven (7) feet in width from the back of the curb to the white line designating the parking lane. Parking lane marking shall not occur within five (5) feet on either side of any fire hydrant.
C. 
Solid white lines shall be painted on pavement utilizing PPG Zoneline traffic zone marking paint one hundred percent (100%) acrylic latex or an approved equal.
D. 
A parking lane striping plan and completed striping must be approved by the Public Works Director or his/her designee.
