The streets and highways, or parts of streets and highways, set forth in this Schedule I, Table I-B, pertaining to the speed limit in school zones, are designated school zone streets. In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 320, and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, it shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle at a speed in excess of the speeds listed below on the streets as designated between the hours of 6:30 A.M. and 8:30 A.M. and 2:30 P.M. and 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday.
