In accordance with Section 365.050 and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle between the hours specified by said sign on any day except Sundays and public holidays within the district or upon any of the streets or parts of streets as follows:

Location and Restriction

No parking will be permitted on the north side of Walton Street
between Morgan Street and West Street.
|
|
No parking will be permitted on the west side of Dryden Street
between Main Street and Oak Street.[1]
|
|
There shall be erected on the north and south sides of Main
Street, at a distance of one hundred ten (110) feet east and west
of the centerline of State Highway 47, signs with the words "NO PARKING
HERE TO CORNER."
|
|
There shall be erected on the east and west sides of State Highway
No. 47, at a distance of ninety-five (95) feet north and south of
the centerline of Main Street, signs with the words "NO PARKING HERE
TO CORNER."
|
|
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to park a motor
vehicle between said signs and the corners on Main Street and State
Highway No. 47.
|
|
No parking allowed on both sides of Highway MM within one hundred
(feet) of the junction of Highway MM and the primary crossing at the
Binkley Manufacturing Company.
|
|
No parking allowed on the south side of State Route M from its
intersection with Kuhl Avenue westwardly to its intersection with
State Route 47 and on either side of State Route 47 from its intersection
with the north City limits of the City of Warrenton, southwardly to
its intersection with the south City limits of the City of Warrenton.

|
No parking allowed on a strip of land ten (10) feet wide and
said ten (10) feet lying to the east and south of the following described
line:

Beginning on the east edge of pavement of Highway 47 at a point
two hundred twenty (220) feet south of the intersection of Old Highway
40 with Highway 47; thence along the said east and south edge of pavement
with a curve to the right edge of pavement of Old Highway 40 and said
point is east one hundred eighty-five (185) feet from the said intersection
of Old Highway 40 with Highway 47.

No parking allowed on a strip of land ten (10) feet wide and
said ten (10) feet lying to the west and south of the following described
line:

Beginning on the west edge of pavement of Highway 47 at a point
two hundred twenty (220) feet south of the intersection of Old Highway
40 with Highway 47; thence along the said west and south edge of pavement
with a curve to the left to a point on the south edge of pavement
of Old Highway 40 and said point is one hundred eighty-five (185)
feet west of said intersection of Old Highway 40 with Highway 47.

No parking allowed on a strip of land ten (10) feet wide and
lying west and north of the following described line:

|
Beginning at a point on the west edge of pavement of Highway
47 and said point is two hundred twenty (220) feet north of the intersection
of Old Highway 40 with Highway 47; thence south along the said west
edge of pavement to point of curve eighteen (18) feet wide pavement;
thence along the north and west edge of pavement of said eighteen
(18) feet wide pavement with a curve to the right and radius equal
to one hundred fifty (150) feet to the north edge of pavement of Old
Highway 40; thence west along the said north edge of Old Highway 40
to a point one hundred eighty-five (185) feet west of said intersection
of Old Highway 40 and Highway 47.

There shall be erected on the south side of Richmond Drive at
a distance of one hundred five (105) feet from its intersection with
the east line of Arlington Way, on the north side of Richmond Drive
at a distance of 109.86 feet from its intersection with the east line
of Arlington Way, on the southside of Bedford Drive at a distance
of 82.11 feet from its intersection with the east line of Arlington
Way, on the north side of Bedford Drive at a distance of 92.11 feet
from its intersection with the east line of Arlington Way, on the
south side of Roanoke Drive at a distance of 106.99 feet from its
intersection with the east line of Arlington Way and on the north
side of Roanoke Drive at a distance of 131.53 feet from its intersection
with east line of Arlington Way, signs reading "NO PARKING FROM HERE
TO CORNER". It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to park
a motor vehicle between said signs and the intersection of said drives
with the east line Arlington Way.

|
No parking allowed on the north side of the South Outer Road
from the point of intersection of the north line of said Outer Road
with the west line of the Phillips 66 property westwardly to the City
maintenance line and on the south side of said Outer Road from the
point of intersection of the south line of said Outer Road with the
west line of the Phillips 66 property (if extended) westwardly to
the City maintenance line.

In the event the Chief of Police shall determine that parking
on any portion of Fair Lane Circle shall create a hazardous condition,
the Chief of Police may direct that "NO PARKING" signs be erected
on such portions of the said Fair Lane Circle. At such time as no
parking signs are erected on such portions of Fair Lane Circle, parking
of motor vehicles will not be permitted on the portions of Fair Lane
Circle so designated.

Parking of motor vehicles will not be permitted on the north
side of Vosholl Street from the east line of Pershing Drive, if extended,
to the east line of Warren Avenue and on the south line of Fairgrounds
Road from its intersection with Highway 47 to its intersection with
Fairlane Circle.
|
|
Parking of motor vehicles will not be permitted on either side
of Arlington Way from its intersection with the North Service Road
to its intersection with the south line of Roanoke, if extended.
|
|
Parking of motor vehicles will not be permitted on the west
side of Southwest Street from the south line of the alley intersecting
said street on the west side thereof to the north line of Walton Street,
on Thursdays.
|
|
No parking allowed at any time, except Sundays and public holidays,
on the north side of the east six hundred thirty (630) feet of Fairgrounds
Road with the east end of said six hundred thirty (630) feet being
the intersection of Fairgrounds Road and North Highway 47.
|
|
One hour parking allowed on both sides of Kuhl Avenue which
begins at a point being the intersection of the centerline of Kuhl
Avenue and Highway M; thence South along the centerline of Kuhl Avenue
to its intersection with the south line of Walton Street.
|
|
Fifteen (15) minute customer parking allowed on Monday through
Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on Main Street/Booneslick Road
commencing sixty-four (64) feet west of the southwest corner of South
West Street's intersection with Main Street/Booneslick Road thence
west forty-seven (47) feet to the end.

|
No stopping, standing or parking on the north seventy-one (71)
feet of the east side of West Street between Highway MM (Main Street)
and Walton Street and described as commencing at the southeast comer
of the intersection of West Street and Highway MM and running thence
south seventy-one (71) feet; provided, however, that the Warren County
Sheriff, Deputies thereof and other Law Enforcement Officers may park
on the south thirty-one (31) feet thereof while on official business.

ramps leading from West Warrenton Blvd onto Interstate Highway 70/Highway
40.
