A. 
The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with St. Louis County to provide the services of Mechanical, Plumbing, Explosives, Weights and Measures and Electrical Code inspection services for the City of Frontenac.
B. 
The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with St. Louis County to provide the services of building inspection services for the City of Frontenac as they pertain to elevators, amusements, conveying equipment and fire protection for commercial kitchen equipment only.

The St. Louis County, Missouri Ordinances dealing with (1) Building Code Ordinance #20311 as it applies to elevators, amusements, conveying equipment and fire protection for commercial kitchen equipment only, and (2) Mechanical Code Ordinance #22313, and (3) Electrical Code Ordinance #21553, and (4) Plumbing Code Ordinance #22338, and (5) Explosives Ordinance #18693 are hereby adopted as the appropriate Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Explosives Codes of the City of Frontenac. Three (3) copies of the above-mentioned Codes are on file in the City offices.
