All bonds executed to the Mayor and Council for the faithful
discharge of the duties of the several officers required by the law
or ordinance to give bonds shall be recorded in the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court for Allegany County, and a certified copy
thereof under seal shall be evidence to prove the execution of such
bond in any of the courts of this state.
