§ 318-39 Notice of violation.

Any person found to be violating any provisions of this chapter shall be served a written notice by the City, stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations.

§ 318-40 Penalty.

Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined as set forth in Chapter 1, Article III, Penalties and Enforcement, of the City Code.

§ 318-41 Liability for damages.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be liable to the City for any expense, loss or damage incurred by the City by reason of such violation.
