Elections shall be held in accordance with the then existing
Missouri State Law.

A.
The
Board of Aldermen redistrict and establish three (3) wards as defined
below:
1.
Ward I shall be defined as all of that part of the City of Plattsburg
located north of the center line of Maple Street extended east and
west. Partial lots defined by this center line shall not be in Ward
I but will be placed in Ward II or Ward III.
2.
Ward II shall be defined as all of that part of the City of Plattsburg
located east of Y highway between the center line of Maple Street
extended east and west and Clay Avenue plus all of that part of the
City of Plattsburg lying south of Clay Avenue and east of Birch Avenue.
3.
Ward III shall be defined as all of that part of the City of Plattsburg
lying south and west of Ward I and Ward II.
