A.
The City
of Plattsburg hereby adopts NFPA 58 Code 2001 Edition and all subsequent
and future editions and amendments thereto except those provisions
which are specifically in conflict with this Section:
1.
It shall
be unlawful in any area within the limits of the City of Plattsburg
which is zoned residential to maintain liquefied petroleum tanks with
larger than a forty (40) pound capacity above ground.
2.
It shall
be unlawful in any area within the limits of the City of Plattsburg
which is zoned residential to use a liquefied petroleum tank to transfer
fuel from one tank to another tank.
3.
It shall
be unlawful in any area within the limits of the City of Plattsburg
which is zoned residential to utilize any liquefied petroleum tank
with a capacity of more than forty (40) pounds for other than residential
purposes.
