Senior citizens shall be exempt from the two-hour parking limit set out in Ord. No. 1505 §1 above under the following conditions:
a.
Senior citizen exemptions are limited to Wednesdays.
b.
Exempt vehicles must display an exemption notice issued by Plattsburg Senior Citizen Center.
The two-hour parking limitation shall apply to senior citizens at all other times and conditions not listed in this Section.

There will be no parking on either side of Perkins Park Drive from the entrance from 116 Highway to that part of the drive that turns towards the west near Tom Kipper ballfield.
All streets and drives at the park shall have two-way traffic.

Angled parking on the east side of Main Street between Locust Street and Maple Street
For purposes of identification the existing spaces shall be numbered 1-6 from north to south.
Space No. 2 shall become a dual-purpose parking space with normal parking allowed during the following times:
Monday through Friday, 5:00 P.M. through 7:00 A.M.
All day Saturday and Sunday
Spaces 1 and 6 shall become full-time regular parking spaces.
