Article I General Provisions

Section 235.010 Closing Hours For Certain Parks.

Livingston and Wright Park and Buder Park shall close daily at dusk. Tiemeyer Park, St. Ann Park, Schafer Park and Mary Ridge Park shall close daily at 10:00 P.M. No persons shall be in said parks after closing time.

Section 235.015 Speed Limit Within Parks.

No person shall operate a vehicle within any park in the City in excess of fifteen (15) miles per hour.

Section 235.020 Alcoholic Beverages Prohibited In Certain Parks.

No person shall have in his/her possession any alcoholic beverages while in Livingston and Wright Park and Buder Park.
