There shall be an Assistant Building Inspector appointed by
the City of Mendota. Said Assistant Building Inspector shall serve
without compensation, except he shall be reimbursed for mileage incurred.
He shall have all powers and duties of the Building Inspector, subject
to the Building Inspector's direction.
