As used in this article the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
Grass clippings, leaves, brush, or discarded vegetation including,
but not limited to, acorns, apples, bark, garden plants, hay, pine
cones, pine needles, straw, vegetables, twigs and weeds."
A.
Yard waste.
(1)
No person shall leave, place, throw, plow or deposit, or cause or
permit any other person to leave, place, throw, plow or deposit, any
yard waste or other debris on any property not owned, controlled,
or operated by that person, or without the permission of the owner,
lessee, or their authorized designee.
B.
Snow removal.
(1)
No person shall leave, place, throw, plow or deposit, or cause or
permit any other person to leave, place, throw, plow or deposit, snow
or ice on any property not owned, controlled, or operated by that
person, or without the permission of the owner, lessee, or their authorized
designee.
(2)
No person in clearing snow from driveways, parking lots, filling
stations, garage entrances, or other large areas shall place such
snow on the paved portion of any streets or public ways, or on the
property of another or on the public right-of-way adjacent to the
property of another in such a manner as to block the vision of motorists
at intersections, or create a traffic hazard.
