A.
There
is hereby established in the City an additional administrative department
to be known as the Department of Recreation and pursuant to his/her
recommendation the Council does hereby establish the Department of
Recreation which is to be an additional administrative department
in the City which Department shall be under the supervision and control
of a Director to be appointed by the City Manager.
B.
The
Department of Recreation and Director therein shall be responsible
for the establishing, planning, organizing, developing and directing
of all recreational programs for and on behalf of the City.
