The Personnel Rules and Regulations of the City of Berkeley, Missouri, as enacted by Ord. No. 3574, including any amendments thereto, are hereby adopted and in full force as if fully set out herein. A copy of the Personnel Rules and Regulations is on file at City Hall.

A. 
The City of Berkeley, Missouri shall provide, upon request, health insurance coverage to elected officials.
B. 
The health insurance coverage shall be as provided for and paid for in the same manner as all other full-time employees of the City of Berkeley.
