No tattoo or body piercing shall be permitted to establish a
place of business in any zoning district within the City if it is
within one thousand three hundred twenty (1,320) feet of property
zoned residential.

A.
A tattoo
or body piercing parlor shall submit with the application proof of
meeting applicable State licensing requirements.
B.
Signage. Advertisements, displays or other promotional materials
shall not be shown or exhibited so as to be visible or audible to
the public from public rights-of-way other than permitted signs. Permitted
signs shall be limited to those whose copy includes only the name
of the business, place, organization or building identified; size,
location and other requirements of such signs are controlled by the
Municipal Code.
