In accordance with Section 365.030 and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle in violation of: No parking zones, zones specifying specific hours and/or days for parking, loading zones, zones prohibiting or specifying areas for parking according to weight limits, emergency vehicle parking zones, handicapped parking only zones within the City, or upon any of the streets or parts of streets as follows:

On the east side of 13th Street between Maple Street and the alley south of said Maple Street.
On the south side east-west streets and on the west side of north-south streets, except that on 1st Street, 2nd Street, and 3rd Street between Elm Street and Broad Street and on 4th Street, 5th Street and 6th Street between the alley south of Broad Street and the alley north of Elm Street, such parking may be allowed.
Passenger vehicles or pickup trucks licensed under twenty-four thousand (24,000) pounds — no parking — on east side of 4th Street between Main Street and the first (1st) alley south of Main Street — except when such vehicles are towing trailers.
Trucks licensed over eighteen thousand (18,000) pounds — no parking on east side of the North City Park is that area covered by gravel on the inside of the street curb.
Trucks licensed twenty-four thousand (24,000) pounds or over no parking on the west side of 4th Street from Main Street to Elm Street.
Two (2) hour limit — Trucks licensed twenty-four thousand (24,000) pounds or over, or passenger vehicles and/or trucks licensed under twenty-four thousand (24,000) pounds when such vehicles are towing trailers — on the east side of 4th Street from Main Street to alley between Main and Elm Streets.
Fifteen (15) minute limit — passenger vehicles or trucks licensed under twenty-four thousand (24,000) pounds — on the west side of 4th Street from Main Street to alley between Main and Elm Streets.
No parking on the following streets between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. on days when the Tarkio public schools are in session:
11th Street from Chestnut Street to Pine Street
Walnut Street from 10th Street to 11th Street
Chestnut Street from 10th Street to 13th Street
Pine Street from 10th Street to 13th Street except for loading and unloading.
No parking on the north side of Maple Street within one hundred (100) feet east of its intersection with 10th Street, except for that area intended for off-street parking.
No vehicle licensed over twenty-four thousand (24,000) pounds may be parked on Main Street between 10th Street, eastward to corporate City limits.
No vehicles may be parked on Main Street between the hours of 3:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. Fridays, or during hours as may be set from time to time by action of the Board of Aldermen for the purpose of street cleaning.
No vehicle or trailer parking within forty (40) feet of the intersection of any street with U.S. Highway 136 and/or U.S. Highway 59 and no vehicle or trailer parking on either side of U.S. Highway 136 and/or U.S. Highway 59.
On those streets which have been signed or marked for angle parking, no person shall park or stand a vehicle other than at the angle to the curb or edge of the roadway indicated by such signs or markings.
No vehicle, except those licensed with a State disabled or handicapped person, license plate, or some other form of identification indicating that the driver or passenger is a disabled or handicapped person, shall park or stand in a parking area designated as reserved for the handicapped.
Penalty: That such offense is declared to be an ordinance violation and anyone convicted of violations of this Schedule shall be assessed by the court of jurisdiction a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00), or imprisonment in the County Jail not exceeding ninety (90) days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
