There is hereby created within the Borough of Buena a position
known as the "Municipal Court Recorder" for the purpose of overseeing
the tape recording system to be used in the Borough of Buena Municipal
Court.
The person appointed as the Municipal Court Recorder shall work
under the supervision of the Municipal Court Clerk and shall be responsible
for running the tape recording system in the Borough of Buena Municipal
Court at all Court sessions. The Municipal Court Recorder shall have
such further duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to the
person appointed by the Clerk of the Municipal Court.

The Municipal Court Recorder shall be paid a sum as set forth
in the current Salary Ordinance per meeting for performing her duties
within the Borough of Buena Municipal Court.[1] Additionally, the Municipal Court Recorder shall be entitled
to charge a fee as established by the Administrative Director of the
Courts of the State of New Jersey for the transcription of any court
recording or portion thereof whenever said Recorder is designated
by the Municipal Court Clerk to transcribe any such recording. The
cost of any such transcription shall first be deposited with the Municipal
Court Clerk as provided by the Rules of Court of the State of New
Jersey, and payment thereof shall thereafter be made to the Recorder
by the Municipal Court Clerk out of any sum so deposited.
