Games of chance commonly known as "bingo" and "raffles," as provided by the Laws of New Jersey 1954, Chapters 5 and 6, may be conducted in the Borough of Buena, in the County of Atlantic, on the first day of the week, commonly known as Sunday, provided that the applicant shall be licensed to conduct such games by the municipality, and provided further that the applicant shall be otherwise qualified under the provisions of the aforementioned statutes of the State of New Jersey and the rules and regulations of the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission.

The Borough of Buena or its authorized agents be and they are hereby authorized and permitted to issue a license for the holding, operating and conducting of games of chance on the first day of the week, commonly known as Sunday. The requirements for the issuance of said license and for the manner of holding, operating or conducting such games of chance shall meet all of the requirements of any federal, state, county or municipal statute, ordinance or regulation.

All qualified organizations are exempt from the payment of municipal bingo and raffle fees in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:47-4.10c.
