There is hereby created the position of Village Finance Director
of the Village of Homer Glen, who shall be appointed by the Village
President with the advice and consent of the Village Board.
In addition to such other duties as may be required from time
to time by direction of the Village President, the Village Finance
Director shall have the duties and be subject to the terms and conditions
of the position description attached hereto and incorporated herein
as Exhibit A,[1] and shall further be required to post with the Village
Clerk a surety bond conditioned upon the faithful and lawful performance
of the duties of the office of Village Finance Director in an amount
of money not less than three times the population of the Village as
determined by the most recent federal decennial census.
