Editor's Note: Former Part 5, Collector, adopted 8-21-2001
by 01-066, was repealed 10-12-2022 by Ord. No. 22-043. The ordinance
states the Village Clerk will continue to perform the duties and responsibilities
of the Village Collector, and be paid the salary for the position
as designated by existing Village ordinance, until April 30, 2023.
At the end of business on April 30, 2023, the office of Village Collector
will cease to exist as an office of the Village. Effective May 1,
2023, all duties and responsibilities of the Collector will be assumed
by and become the responsibility of the Deputy Village Clerk, or such
other personnel as the Village Manager shall designate.
