An alleged violation of any section of the State of Illinois Vehicle Code enumerated in § 200-1 shall be considered a violation of this article and shall be subject to administrative adjudication pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 1, Article III, Penalties and Enforcement, of the Village Code.
Any person violating this Part 1 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $1,000. Each day that a violation exists shall constitute a separate offense.
