There is hereby created a police force in the Town of Fishkill,
which said force shall be staffed by such persons as the Town Board
shall from time to time appoint as provided by § 158, Subdivision
1, of the Town Law, and the members of which shall have such powers
as are conferred upon policemen by the Town Law, the Criminal Procedure
Law and by resolution of this Town Board.
The members of this force shall act in a part-time capacity
and shall in no particular way be employed as policemen for more than
20 hours per week.
Said force shall have a chief administrative officer and such
other line and staff officers as the Town Board may from time to time
determine.
