Editor's Note — Ord. no. 99-12 §1, adopted April 20, 1999, repealed article I. Historic Preservation Committee from chapter 125, repealing sections 125.010 — 125.030 in their entirety. Former said sections derived from CC 1979 §§2-271 — 2-273 and ord. no. 89-16 §§1 — 3, 7-5-1989. We have left these sections and this article reserved for future use.
