§ 116-56 Appendixes incorporated.

The following appendixes are attached to this chapter:

A. Appendix A, Release Rate Map and Assigned Release Rate Percentages.

B. Appendix B, Permissible Velocities for Channels.

C. Appendix C, Simplified Method Detail.

D. Appendix D, Stormwater Management Design Criteria.

§ 116-57 Authority of Board of Supervisors.

A. The Board of Supervisors, by resolution, shall have authority to amend all or any of the said appendixes to this chapter at any time.

B. The Board of Supervisors, by resolution, shall from time to time establish forms, agreements, filing, maintenance and inspection fees and other documents necessary to implement the provisions of this chapter.
