Agreement with Harborcreek Township and Fairview Township for the purposes of entering into a joint agreement for provision of UCC-related services provided by the Building Inspection Underwriters of PA, Inc. (hereinafter "BIU")
The Inter-Agency Agreement for the Next Generation Public Safety Radio System between the Township of Millcreek and the County of Erie
Agreement with the Township of Fairview for the joint operation of the Millfair Compost and Recycling Center
Agreement with the Township of McKean and the McKean Township Sewer Authority for the provision of sewer services to certain limited properties in McKean Township by Millcreek Township
Agreement with the Erie County Land Bank and the Millcreek Township School District for the purposes of creating a stronger community and dealing with blighted, vacant, abandoned, tax delinquent or otherwise obsolete land uses that impair the productive growth and sustainability of the community.
