No underground tank which has been used for the keeping or storage
of flammable or combustible liquids shall be removed or relocated
unless a permit therefor shall first have been obtained from the State
Fire Marshal or the official designated by them to grant permits in
the Town of Mansfield. The fee for such a permit shall be $200 per
tank for tanks with a capacity over 2,500 gallons and $25 per tank
for tanks with a capacity of 2,500 gallons or less.
In the execution and administration of the provisions of MGL
c. 148, § 13, as amended, the Town of Mansfield shall
impose the following schedule of fees for the annual renewal of such
license, registration or certificate of the head of the Fire Department
relative to the storage of flammables:
