The name of the committee described in this division is the
Housing Advisory Committee.

The purposes and duties for which the advisory committee has
been established are those set forth in applicable federal and state
laws pertaining to oversight, administration, and eligibility requirements
involved in the housing rehabilitation loan program.

A.
The Housing Advisory Committee shall consist of three voting members,
who shall be appointed by the City Council.
B.
The three voting members shall be residents of the City at all times
and shall serve at the will of the City Council.
C.
The City Planner shall be the fourth member and as an ex officio
member he shall not have the power to vote.
