This article shall be entitled "A Local Law Excluding Commercial
Vehicles from Travel on Irondale Road."
Commercial vehicles (as such vehicles may be defined in the
New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law) shall be prohibited from traveling
on the following roads in the Town of North East:

Irondale Road

Irondale Road is a Town road, approximately 0.16 mile in length,
that runs between New York State Route 22 and Winchell Mt. Road (County
Route 60)

This prohibition shall not be construed to prevent the delivery or pick up of merchandise or other property along the roads identified in § 167-6 of this article.
The Town Highway Superintendent is hereby directed to place the appropriate signage on the roads identified in § 167-6 in accordance with the provisions of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, and for implementing rules and regulations.
This article is enacted pursuant to the provisions of § 1660(17)
of the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
It is a traffic violation for any person to violate any provision
of this article as provided in Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1800.
