A.
In
case of conflict between this Chapter or any part thereof and the
whole or part of any other existing or future ordinance, the most
restrictive in each case shall apply.
B.
The
Governing Body hereby declares that it would have passed the rules
for land subdivision ordinance and each Section, Subsection, sentence,
clause and phase thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one (1)
or more other Sections, Subsections, clauses or phrases be declared
invalid or unconstitutional.
