The following areas are designated as Public Park Areas within the corporate limits of the City of St. John as follows:
Endicott County Park, an area of the east side of Endicott Avenue running approximately from Hume Avenue to Ramona Avenue.
Home Heights Park, an area located on the Northeast corner of Hume and McKibbon Road.
St. John City Park, an area located on the Northwest corner of St. Louis Avenue and Brown Road.
Reed Park, an area located on the Northeast corner of North and Edmundson Avenues.

All public park areas shall be closed from thirty (30) minutes after sunset until thirty (30) minutes before sunrise the following day.

It shall be unlawful for any person to ride a bicycle, motorcycle, go-cart, automobile or any type of motorized vehicle, except for authorized vehicles, in any park within the City of St. John. Automobiles and motorcycles shall be permitted to use the parking areas and driveways thereto, and bicycles shall be permitted to be placed in storage racks within the parks.
