A.
AmerenUE,
Laclede Gas, St. Louis County Water Company and any subsequent service
provider shall notify the Director of Public Works for the City of
St. John of the termination of the respective utility within the City
of St. John, within ten (10) days of the termination of said services.
B.
The
notices set forth herein shall be in writing and shall be sent by
regular or electronic mail to the Public Works Director, 8762 St.
Charles Rock Road, St. John, Missouri 63114.
C.
The
respective utility service providers shall submit annually to the
City an invoice for its cost associated with this Section. This amount
will reflect the actual costs incurred by the service providers to
furnish this service.
