The Supervisors of Manor Township may, after recommendation
by the Manor Township Park Board, implement regulations governing
the conduct of all persons using the public parks of Manor Township
(including but not limited to the Martin E. Greider Park and the Manor
Township Community Park), as well as the conduct of all persons participating
in the summer programs established by Manor Township and conducted
in parks owned by Manor Township (including but not limited to the
Martin E. Greider Park and the Manor Township Community Park) as well
as those summer programs conducted by Manor Township in various private
parks and recreation areas located in Manor Township (including but
not limited to the Washington Borough-Manor Lions Club Park, the Letort
School playground, and the Creswell School playground).
Any person who violates or permits a violation of this article
shall, upon conviction in a summary proceeding brought before a Magisterial
District Judge under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure,
be guilty of a summary offense and shall be punishable by a fine of
not more than $1,000, plus costs of prosecution. In default of payment
thereof, the defendant may be sentenced to imprisonment for a term
not exceeding 90 days. Each day or portion thereof that such violation
continues or is permitted to continue shall constitute a separate
offense, and each section of this chapter that is violated shall also
constitute a separate offense.
