The assessment as provided in the Second Class Township Code,[1] as amended, to defray the costs and expense of the maintenance
of lighting highways, roads and other public places of the Township
in the West Lancaster area shall be as set by resolution by the Board
of Supervisors from time to time.

Any property within 250 feet of any public streetlight shall
be assessed for streetlighting.

The penalty to be charged on all delinquent electric light charges
shall be changed from 5% to 10%.
