Table IV-A Limited Load Streets.

A. Definition. "Through traffic", as set forth in this Section, shall mean any vehicle which is not carrying articles or materials to be delivered to or from any premises located on Wolter Avenue.

B. Weight Limit. Through traffic over and along Wolter Avenue by any vehicle whose gross weight exceeds five (5) tons is hereby prohibited.

C. Violation And Penalty. Any person violating any provision of this Section, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 100.220 of this Code.
