[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village
of Old Brookville. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Village Law of the State of New York is hereby amended in
its application to the Incorporated Village of Old Brookville, Nassau
County, New York, by adding the following: "In the Incorporated Village
of Old Brookville, the Village Clerk, Court Clerk, Assessor, and Building
Inspector may reside at any place within the Counties of Nassau or
Suffolk, New York."
