[HISTORY: Adopted by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Bellmawr 2-22-1973 by Ord. No. 2-73. Amendments noted where
applicable.]
The Chief Financial Officer or, in his absence, the Assistant
Chief Financial Officer of the Borough of Bellmawr may execute checks
upon the treasury of the Borough of Bellmawr for the purpose of payment
of salaries, wages and other compensation for services rendered to
the Borough of Bellmawr by its employees.
All other checks of the Borough of Bellmawr are to be executed
by the Mayor, Borough Clerk and Chief Financial Officer of the Borough
of Bellmawr. The President of the Borough Council of the Borough of
Bellmawr may execute said checks in the absence of the Mayor, and
the Assistant Chief Financial Officer may execute said checks in the
absence of the Chief Financial Officer.
A copy of this chapter, upon final adoption, shall be submitted
to all depositories of the Borough of Bellmawr.
