Parks and recreation — See Ch. 195.
There shall be no hunting during the gun deer season in the Town of Pittsfield in the following areas: to be determined by the Town Board.
There shall be no discharge of any weapon at any time, by anyone other than a duly authorized law enforcement officer in the performance of his official duties, in the following areas: to be determined by the Town Board.
The provisions of § 948.60, Wis. Stats., regarding possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18, are adopted by reference and incorporated in this chapter.

The penalty for violation of any provision of this chapter shall be a forfeiture of not less than $75 nor more than $1,000 together with the actual costs of prosecution, including attorneys' fees. Each day of continuing violation shall constitute a separate offense, and in default of payment of such forfeiture and costs of prosecution, the person convicted may be imprisoned in the County Jail of Brown County, until said forfeiture and cost are paid, but not to exceed 30 days for each violation.
