A.
The
City Park shall be closed to public use from the hours of 10:00 P.M.
to 6:00 A.M. of every day.
B.
No
person, other than City employees on official City business, shall
be in, nor shall any vehicle be parked or located upon, any City Park
within the City of Bowling Green, Missouri, after the hours of 10:00
P.M. until 6:00 A.M. unless attending a public function sanctioned
by the City being held at said City Park, in which instance all persons
shall remove themselves and all vehicles from the said City Park within
thirty (30) minutes following the end of any public function if same
shall occur after the hour of 10:00 P.M.

Persons desiring to use this City Park during times that the
use is prohibited by this Article may be able to do so by getting
written consent and permission from the Chief of Police and must apply
for said permission at least five (5) days prior to the desired use
thereof.
A.
The
Mayor and Police Chief may issue a special use permit for the sale
of intoxicating beverages in the City parks, facilities and reservoir,
upon the following terms and conditions:
1.
An application must be made to the City Clerk detailing the event,
the date and total length of time for the event, the sponsor of the
event and signed by a responsible party who is a part of the sponsoring
organization or entity on a form provided by the City;
2.
A Police Officer for the City of Bowling Green will be present at
all times when intoxicating beverages are being sold and intoxicating
beverages which are bought thereat are consumed, the cost of which
must be paid to the City prior to the day of the event at the rate
of twenty dollars ($20.00) per hour; and
3.
A payment of a deposit of two hundred dollars ($200.00) to be paid
at the time of application, which will be refunded, less any cost
of the City in cleaning up the premises after the event.
