This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Public
Conduct Law of the Village of Old Brookville, New York."
The purpose of this chapter is to promote the health, safety
and general welfare of the community, including the protection and
preservation of the property of the Village and of its inhabitants,
and of the peace and good order of the Village.
