A.
The
Board of Appeals shall consist of five (5) members. A quorum of the
Board of Appeals shall consist of three (3) members. One (1) member
of the initial Board shall be appointed for a one (1) year term, two
(2) members of the initial Board shall be appointed for two (2) year
terms, two (2) members of the initial Board shall be appointed for
three (3) year terms; thereafter all terms shall be for three (3)
years. The members of the Board of Appeals shall be nominated by the
Mayor and confirmed by a majority vote of the Board of Aldermen.
B.
The
Board of Appeals shall meet as needed to conduct its business, shall
maintain written records of its actions, shall give its decisions
in writing and is hereby authorized to establish rules necessary to
conduct its business.
