The Transit Commission shall consist of five citizen members
to be appointed by the Mayor and approved by the Common Council for
four-year terms. A Chairperson shall be elected by the Commission.
The powers and duties of the Transit Commission shall be according
to provisions of § 66.1021(4) and (6) through (12), Wis.
Stats.
