Official notice to the general public for meetings held by City boards, commissions and committees will be via posting on the bulletin board in the City Clerk/Treasurer's office in the Municipal Building. All departments that have postings that have City-wide interest are required to forward a copy to the City Clerk/Treasurer for posting on said bulletin board. Posting will be done in compliance with the Open Meetings Law as in effect and as changed from time to time. In addition to the posting, notices will be provided to all news media that have requested to be notified in accordance with the Open Meetings Law.
