It is in the best interest of the unincorporated areas of Cass
County, and the communities presently discharging their wastewater
to the Middle Big Creek treatment system, and the County of Cass is
desirous of having the Little Blue Valley Sewer District (LBVSD) be
responsible for the interception and treatment of wastes generated
by the unincorporated areas of Cass County within the Middle Big Creek
draining area, and the Little Blue Valley Sewer District (LBVSD) is
desirous to extend its current boundaries to include the area serviced
by the Middle Big Creek treatment system. Therefore, it is hereby
considered, resolved and adjudged that the County of Cass supports
the addition of the Middle Big Creek treatment system and its contributors
as a Subdistrict of the Little Blue Valley Sewer District.
