Cass County is hereby authorized to enter into a standard final
service contract (due to the expiration of interim service contract)
with Little Blue Valley Sewer District for the treatment by the District
of sewage contributed to it by Cass County.

Editor's Note — Ordinance number 95-05, dated September
14, 1995, authorizes the County Commission of Cass County to execute
a service contract for sewer service with the Little Blue Valley Sewer
District.
