This Article contains the Cass County Health Department Food
Code, which is hereby adopted and appended to this Chapter. The Food
Code is patterned after the model published by the Food and Drug Administration
(8th ed. 2013), and for which constitutes the Missouri Food Code as
set forth in Title 19 of the Missouri Code of State Regulation Division
20-1.025. The County Commission determines that any newspaper publication
of the entire text of the Food Code would be unduly cumbersome or
expensive. The Food Code is set out in the Sections that follow in
this Article.
